    1. Resistor

The basic function of a triode is to amplify or switch electrical signals. It is widely used in electronic circuits and is one of the core components of electronic equipment.

    When an electric field is applied in the vertical direction of the semiconductor surface, electrons and holes move under the action of the surface electric field, and carriers are redistributed on the semiconductor surface.
